FlightHub currently holds the most market share in Canada of all of the online travel agencies. While they are large, are they any good? That’s what people want to know. Today we’ll be looking at their websites user friendliness, prices and real customers reviews about Flighthub.

FlightHub Website Review

FlightHubs website is simple, clean and straightforward. Like most online travel agencies, enter your departing airport, where you’re going to, pick your travel dates, amount of passengers and class then click the big orange “SEARCH FLIGHTS” button.

The next screen brings users to a page with a list of all matching itineraries based on the information that was entered. FlightHub will also provide users with options to get a better price if they’re willing to change their dates or airports to something close by as you can see in the screenshot below with the first itinerary.

Aside from that, on the left there is a list of filters for passengers to customize their departure by choosing which airlines they want to fly with. the amount of stops they want and the specific departure and arrival times.

After selecting the itinerary users are sent to a billing page to enter their information and pay with any major credit card. It’s a very simple and straightforward process so far.

Next, let’s look at what their actual customers have been saying about them. We saw that their website is fairly easy to navigate but it’s also very important to get an overview of what previous customers think about the experience that they had with the company after spending their hard earned money. To find reliable Flighthub reviews we’re only going to use reliable review websites. There are 3 main websites in the travel space that require customers to provide proof of purchase before being able to leave a review. This keeps things fair for both the company being reviewed and the customers freedom of speech. The 3 websites that we’ll be looking at are Feefo.com, SiteJabber.com and TrustPilot.com

FlightHub Reviews on Feefo

We can see on Feefo that FlightHub has an impressive 4.1 stars out of 5 based on 5,600 reviews. That’s not an easy score to maintain so it seems as though they are doing a pretty good job so far.

FlightHub Reviews on SiteJabber

SiteJabber is another large online review platform. FlightHub has received 3.5/5 stars on the website out of a total of 2,299 reviews. Looking closer are the review breakdown we can see that the only thing which scored below a 4 star review was the “shipping” which to our knowledge FlightHub doesn’t do and so it’s possible that the overall result is skewed due to the breakdown not being relevant to FlightHubs service.

Flighthub Reviews on TrustPilot

Out of a total of 72,000 total reviews on TrustPilot Flighthub has to-date accumulated a 4 star review. This is also quite good. TrustPilot is a very trustworthy website just like the others that only enables customers to leave reviews for companies if they are a verified customer. This increases the legitimacy of the reviews.

Overall we can see that Flighthub is doing quite good, we’d say that the company is quite trustworthy given the information we’ve collected here today in this flighthub review.
